Welcome to the PUC IT Help Desk
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

If submitting a ticket is not viable, we can be reached by phone at (707) 965-7000. Sending an email to helpdesk@puc.edu will also generate a generic ticket.
For in-person visits, our office hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:30 AM-2:00 PM on Friday.
