If submitting a ticket is not viable, we can be reached by phone at (707) 965-7000. Sending an email to helpdesk2@puc.edu will also generate a generic ticket.
Our office hours are 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 8:30 AM-2:00 PM on Friday.
